Browsing baby names, saving names and using the app are completely free. Our paid, personalised services are:

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are charged at checkout before any payment is collected. Limited-time promotional pricing (including offering a service free of charge) may apply and is shown above; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

2. Promotional & Limited-Time Pricing

From time to time we offer promotional or limited-time pricing (including offering a service free of charge), as shown above. When a service is offered free, no payment is collected, so no refund or cancellation charge applies and you may choose not to proceed at any time at no cost. When a price is charged, the cancellation and refund terms below apply.

3. Cancellation

For paid orders, you may cancel your request and receive a full refund any time before our team begins preparing your report(typically within a few hours of submitting, while your request is still marked “new”). To cancel, email hello@babynamehindu.com with the name and details you submitted.

4. No Refund After Work Begins

Each report is a personalised digital product prepared specifically for you using the birth details you provide. Once preparation has started or the report has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.

If you added the optional printed hardcopy, that add-on charge is also non-refundable once the copy has been printed or dispatched. If a printed copy arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will re-print and re-courier it at no extra charge.

5. Non-Delivery or Incorrect Details

If you do not receive your report within 48 hours of submitting your request, or we prepared it using incorrect details, please contact us within 7 days. We will re-do the report at no charge or, at our discretion, issue a full refund.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

7. Astrology Disclaimer

These reports are provided for guidance and entertainment. Astrology is not an exact science, and the report may use a mix of personal information and AI assistance; it may not be 100% accurate. Refunds are not provided on the basis of disagreement with the astrological interpretation itself. See our Terms of Use for full details.
