Shipping& Delivery Policy

1. How Our Products Are Delivered

Browsing and saving baby names and using our apps are free. Our paid services - the 🔮 Janam Kundli (Birth Chart) Report and the 📝 Baby Name Report - are personalised reports delivered digitally on WhatsApp and email. You may also choose an optional printed hardcopy add-on, which is couriered to your postal address within India (see Section 4).

2. How Your Janam Kundli Is Delivered

After you submit your request and complete payment (where applicable), your Janam Kundli is prepared and delivered digitally to the contact details you provide:

• WhatsApp — on the mobile number you submit, and
• Email — on the email address you submit.

3. Delivery Time

Your Janam Kundli is hand-prepared and is normally delivered within 48 hours of a confirmed request. During peak periods it may take a little longer; if so, we will keep you informed on WhatsApp or email.

4. Delivery Charges & Optional Printed Hardcopy

The digital report has no delivery or shipping charge— the price shown at checkout (in Indian Rupees, INR) is the total amount payable.

If you select the optional printed hardcopy add-on at checkout, a small additional charge (shown at checkout) covers printing and courier. After your payment is successful we ask for your delivery address (recipient name, phone, full address, city, state and pincode), and the printed copy is dispatched and typically delivered within 5 to 10 working days. Printed hardcopies are currently couriered within India only.

5. Non-Delivery or Incorrect Details

If you do not receive your Janam Kundli within 48 hours, or it was prepared using incorrect details, please contact us within 7 days at hello@babynamehindu.com or +91 8929020269. We will re-deliver the report at no charge or, where applicable, process a refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. International Delivery

The digital report reaches customers anywhere in the worldthe same way — on WhatsApp and email — with no customs, duties or physical-shipping considerations. The optional printed hardcopy is currently couriered within India only; international customers can still order the digital report.
